After 16 successful years as a pharmaceutical sales representative, I began my real estate career in 2009 at the height of the recession.
Now, beginning a career in any industry during that industry’s darkest hour may sound crazy. But this transition was about more than just a new job. The decision was inspired by two personal experiences and a belief that I still hold today.
The first experience was when my wife and I bought our first home. We worked with a real estate professional, but felt a little lost the whole time. No one teaches you how to buy a home, so we were always playing catch-up.
Seven years later, we hired a professional again to sell our home. I’ll spare you the details, but suffice it to say the whole transaction was less than successful.
This led me to a belief that is the bedrock of my business today:
I wanted to be that agent for my friends and neighbors in North and South Carolina. With my wife’s encouragement, I got my real estate license and immediately fell in love with every aspect of the real estate profession.
Several year and more than $14 million worth of real estate transactions later, I still work tirelessly to be the agent my clients can trust to give them the best experience and help them negotiate the best deals.
I’m a first and foremost a Christian and a man of faith. This is the foundation my business. Making and negotiating deals for people drives me to be the best and sets me apart from others in my field. My clients realize how my experience and expertise serves to protect their interests against inexperienced agents. They consider me the best because I truly care about them and the decisions they make.

Buyers, this means getting a home warranty. I negotiate this into every deal because it protects you from many of the expensive repairs that can surprise you during the first year of ownership.
